Don't settle for
mediocre supervision.
Feminist. Integrative. Developmental.
:
My Approach
As a relational and multicultural supervisor, I believe in the power of the supervisory relationship to serve as a corrective experience. Supervisor trauma is real ya'll.
We'll navigate dynamics of power, repair, and growth together. I hope you'll experience was depthful, intentional supervision actually feels like.
I specialize in fostering connection. I highly value trust, authenticity and a balance of independence and support within the supervisory relationship.
My supervisees tell me that they feel safe with me to try new things, like advocating, slowing down, working through imposter syndrome and exploring recurring patterns.
Mission
Feminist
We'll explore dynamics of power, privilege and oppression in the therapy space and within the supervisory relationship.
I'm not the expert. We co-create supervision and both have knowledge to contribute.
I own my identities as a white, hetero, straight-sized, able-bodied cis woman and help you own yours.
Together we uncover how these identities show up between us, and between you and your clients.

Maybe you're already licensed and want challenge and integration.
Maybe you're on the long road to licensure and feeling stuck and aimless.
My passion is to advance your goals, learning, integration and growth.
I'm rooted in my supervision philosophy and from there I adapt to your developmental level.
We'll talk about what you need up front, and all along the way.
